The first step with any missing or vulnerable persons case is always contacting law enforcement. The Call Services Inc. works alongside law enforcement, and does not replace official investigations.
When speaking with law enforcement, make sure to write down the name of Agency you spoke with (i.e. Houston Police Department), the name of the Officer you spoke to, and the Case Number.

Elopement, also known as wandering, occurs when an individual leaves a safe environment or supervised area unexpectedly and may become lost, confused, or endangered. This is especially common among individuals with autism, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, and certain mental health conditions, but it can affect individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Runaway Youth
At The Call Services, Inc., we are committed to raising awareness about the risks runaway youth may face, including homelessness, trafficking, exploitation, substance abuse, and dangerous situations. Our mission is to help educate communities, support families, and encourage prevention through awareness and communication.
Many runaway youth are vulnerable and may not fully understand the dangers they can encounter while away from home. Early intervention, open communication, and community support can make a significant difference.
Youth runaways are often facing difficult situations that may include family conflict, abuse, neglect, mental health struggles, bullying, exploitation, peer pressure, or unsafe environments. Every runaway youth deserves compassion, support, and access to resources that can help keep them safe.
